What exactly caused the device to malfunction? But for the AliExpress team, these facts are not sufficient. In the dead of winter, they don't understand what doesn't satisfy me, or is it really just an algorithm to create the illusion of working with the customer? I hope this information will be useful to someone. I do not recommend dealing with this seller.

Tried it after charging it because the device arrives with an empty battery. It's effective and very powerful but not unpleasant. Maybe too strong for some people.
Working and hope it lasts long. took 3 hrs to fully charge. back massage isn't possible as the hands don't open fully outwards. can adjust how tight it presses depending on how much of neck is pushed in.

Not very easy to adjust different modes, meanwhile you have it on your neck,cause you have to lift one harm up and interact with the buttons, but i like it, i hope that it will last.
