1. Return Policy

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the goods.

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our regular Return Policy will apply.

7. International Shipping

As we ship internationally, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
